White- Collar Criminals
These members of the organization are members that have made their money through the black market. Many of these members are prominent individuals in the Russian Society and have learned the methods for making money under the table. Eventually these members focused on infiltration of the government and money laundering.

Blues- Professional Criminals
The professional Criminals are the members of the mob that came together in the beginning while serving sentences in gulags. They follow the vory v zakone with much devotion, no matter the task this group remains loyal to the thieves law. The types of crime that they are known for committing are assault, theft, blackmail, extortion, and drug and weapon trafficking.
